Dog Topknot Bows

We need help from someone who has a dog with a loaf of bread, "or perhaps an abuser.?

I tried and tried to get a knot in Bella hair of my Yorkie. She was 3 months and is long enough to recover a little, but I can not bow to say nothing! I contacted the lady who did the bow for me shih tzu and me and said it must "train puppy hair with only one group, and she said I needed a product called petsilk? Well, I tried only band, and yet to come! After 5 minutes, the band has slipped. I use these small bands of braces future. Do I really need this product petsilk said, or is there an easier way to do? Do I need to be greater than 3 months for a group? I am open to any advice and products offered! Also been looking a good brush, shampoo and conditioner - any suggestion in an act that is appreciated! No offense to the respondents to make his bow - but - Yorkies hair "is hangs in the face and cause problems with vision or even on the road during lunch if not kept in a strip or cut. If you go to AKC website and find the breed standard Yorkshire terrier breed of dog standard image shows an arc of red hair.
