What happens to my dog, white / blue layer above the eye?

We recently discovered that my dog has an allergy, is a flag Russell Terrier that is at once a year and a half. He is taking the pills as before, must have ear infections and rare eye infection. He began to "sleep" around your eye, and we have cleaned. Now he is like an eye blue / white that has been infected. You can still see, but I am worried. Does anyone know what the problem?

It could be conjunctivitis. Especially if your eye is red. Contagious by way of washing hands or touch your eyes. Normally, a film that seems have more eye cataracts can be, but not with the flow. Needless to say he needs another visit to the vet. Poor pitcher …. and you too.
