I was angry for a ladys dog on an international flight and want to know if a lawyer then, should consult?

Recently flew from France to New York. I had a few drinks and fell asleep. I woke when I felt a warm liquid running from my head. I looked up and saw coming from the luggage tray over my head. I got up and the waitress came to me. We opened the box and found a small French Poodle was in the purse of a lady, and he was down and pees everywhere. The owner had pushed the dog into her bag on board to avoid the charge of pets. The lady had a few drinks and put the dog there, then she takes a nap. Who can I ask for the dry cleaning?
